Last Updated: 1st September 2024

This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected while using Aaero2 (the “Game”) on Xbox and Steam platforms. By playing our Game, you agree to the practices outlined below.

1. Information We Collect

Gamertag/Username and Scores: When you play our Game, we collect your Xbox Gamertag or Steam Username and your score for the leaderboard. No other personal information is collected.

Anonymous Analytics: We collect anonymous data about the number of players who sign in to our Game. This data is aggregated and does not include any personal information or identifiable details about individual users.

2. Third-Party Services

Xbox and Steam Services: Players sign in to our Game using their Microsoft Xbox or Steam account. We do not have access to any personal information from these accounts beyond your Gamertag or Steam Username, which is used for the leaderboard.

We do not use any third-party advertising services, and our analytics are completely anonymous.

3. User Communications

Our Game includes a two-player online mode where players can communicate with each other via voice chat. We do not record or store any communication between players.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Game is rated 3+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not collect or store any personal information from players, including children under the age of 13.

5. Data Retention

We do not store or retain any user data beyond the necessary Gamertag or Steam Username and scores for the leaderboard. Once a player’s data is no longer needed (such as when it is replaced by a higher score), it is not retained.

6. Data Security

As we do not store or process personal information, there are no specific security measures needed for user data. Microsoft and Steam handle all account information through their respective platforms.

7. Location Information

Our Game does not track or collect location data from players.

8. Your Rights

As we do not collect or store personal information, there is no need for data deletion or access requests. If you have concerns about your Xbox or Steam account data, please refer to Microsoft’s or Steam’s privacy policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the updated date at the top of the policy.
